How Telehealth Works

A telehealth consultation is a doctor's appointment held over the phone. At your appointment time, your practitioner calls the number you provided, so you can be seen from home, anywhere in Australia.

What you need

Your phone with good reception and a quiet, private space. It also helps to have any relevant medical records or a list of current medications on hand.

What to expect

Your practitioner will discuss your goals, history, and symptoms, and advise whether integrative or alternative options may complement your care. Prescribing is never guaranteed - it depends on clinical judgement and safety.

After your consult

If a treatment plan is appropriate, next steps are explained clearly. Follow-up reviews and repeat scripts (when clinically appropriate) can be managed through your patient portal. Express delivery is available Australia-wide via our partner pharmacy.
